Registration & Policies

Registration

  • Recreation Programs operate on a continual registration cycle from September to June.
  • Each session includes 12 classes. Some sessions may run for fewer than 12 classes to allow for holidays and scheduled club events.

New Members

  • New families are encouraged to create an online account to begin registration.
  • If a class is full, you may register your child for the waitlist.

We appreciate from time to time there are extenuating circumstances which may prevent families from following our parent viewing policy.  In these circumstances only, please contact us at fundygymnastics@live.ca
  • Entry to our viewing areas is permitted once the children are on the gym floor warming up (approximately 5 minutes after your child's class start time).
  • End of Recreation Classes (Quispamsis Location): Parents must leave the viewing area ~5 minutes before class ends and be ready to collect their child from outside the gym exit doors. Our instructors will safely escort children to the exit doors at the end of class.
  • Kindergym Classes:Parents must wait/return to the viewing area for our coaching staff to bring your child to you at the end of their class.

Photography & Video Policy

To protect every child/family's right to privacy, no photography or filming of children is permitted during class unless specifically authorized by a staff member.

On occasion, Fundy Gymnastics Club staff may take photographs of athletes for the purpose of marketing and/or club promotions but will only do so with the expressed written consent of the athlete's parent/guardian.

If it is noticed by or pointed out to our staff that individuals are taking photographs or videos of athletes, our policy is to request that the person stop taking photos and to request the photos to be removed from the camera or device.

The safety of our participants is of utmost importance to us and if deemed necessary, we will report any unusual activity to the authorities, and you will not be permitted to view your child's class.  We would also ask that any member who suspects unusual activity, report it to the office.

We continually review and update our club policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all members.
