2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please accept this as the official notice of the
2023 Fundy Gymnastics Club AGM
DATE: SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3rd, 2023
TIME: 5.45PM – 6.45PM
LOCATION: Fundy Gymnastics Club, 18 Enterprise Drive, Quispamsis
The purpose of the AGM is to elect the Board of Directors for the forthcoming year and review the By-Laws and accounts. Any person, over 19 years of age, who represents a fully paid-up member of the club, is welcome to attend.
Any member of the club who wishes to include an item to the agenda must do so in writing to the Gym Director, Nancy Blanton no later than Monday, November 17th
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The committee invites you to submit nominations for the following positions in accordance with Article 6.3.6 of the by-laws of the Fundy Gymnastics Club:
President
Secretary
Directors at Large (2 positions)
If you are interested in being part of an amazing team, please complete the attached nomination form and return it to us no later than Monday, November 20th. In accordance with our by-laws, Article 6.3.9, nominations can also be made from the floor. Please note, that you must be able to attend the AGM.
